MeridianTapping Technique Routines

Meridian Tapping is a combination of Psychological awareness combined with tapping acupuncture points. Very often emotions begin to diminish quickly after a couple rounds or routines of tapping the points listed below.

How to Do routines of Meridian Tapping

• Make an opening statement called a Set Up Statement to identify how you are feeling :

Examples. "I am stress out" "I am very sad" "I am scared" "I depressed" "I am Pissed off"...you have the idea...so what are you feeling?

(mostly stick to the script but you can throw in anything that you feel will be pertinent to your experience while tapping

Ok get ready to do some tapping. Use either hand on either side of your body. Lets start.

• Put your hands in the Heart Healing position which is in the center of your chest. (one hand on heart, other hand on top of the first...as long as you are close it will work)

Hands in place? Now...

• Take a deep breath... in and out. (slow don’t rush)

• Take another deep breath... in and out.

• Take a third deep breath... in and out.

Gently... Gently... Gently tapping with 1 or 2 fingers on each point below...Remember a deep breath, in and out at each point listed below:

– On the top of the Head (the Crown point) “I am stress out” Now Take a deep breath

– On the mid forehead “I am stress out” now Take a deep breath

– On the Top of either Eyebrow “I am stress out” now Take a deep breath

– On the Corner (side) of the Eye “I am stress out" now Take a deep breath

– Under The Eye “I am stress out” now Take a deep breath

– Under The Nose “I am stress out” now Take a deep breath

– Under The Mouth“I am stress out” now Take a deep breath

– Collarbone Point “I am stress out” now Take a deep breath

– Thumb Nail “I am stress out” now Take a deep breath

– Index Finger Nail “I am stress out” now Take a deep breath

– Middle Finger Nail “I am stress out” now “I am stress out” now Take a deep breath

– Ring Finger Nail “I am stress out” now Take a deep breath

– Little Finger Nail“I am stress out” now Take a deep breath

– Karate Chop Point on the side of the hand “I am stress out” now Take a deep breath

Return to the Heart Healing Position and take three deep breaths, in and out.

Take a moment to reflect If you feel calmer with less of the emotion.
